Main Arena: a multi-use events center with 4,500 fixed seats and the potential to add 4,000 floor seats. The arena will include meeting space and 18,000 sq ft of exhibition space.
Promenade: at the entrance to the main arena is a 2 acre boardwalk with a parking facility underneath. Designed for outdoor events and festivals like the East Texas State Fair.
Equestrian Center: horse stall barns connected to a covered warmup area and full size covered arena.
Outdoor Arena: adjacent to the main covered arena is an outdoor arena for equestrian shows and events.
The Park of East Texas will attract national tours, conventions and trade shows, in addition to, national and regional equestrian shows. The Park will create commerce for Tyler and east Texas through the development process and as the complex is utilized for various events.
Planning for the first phase of development consist of a 4,500 seat multi-use events center with exhibit space, an outdoor arena, adjoining equestrian facilities, a parking facility, RV hookups and a 10 acre promenade for the annual East Texas State Fair.
